These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Alona DT platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet. By using Alona DT, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out below.

By accessing, registering on, or using the Alona DT platform at alonadt.ws, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, whether you are browsing as a visitor, registering as a new player, or accessing your account as an existing member.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Alona DT platform in any way. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
Important: These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Alona DT. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the platform.
Alona DT reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms.
Access to and use of the Alona DT platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. All conditions must be met simultaneously; meeting some but not all does not confer eligibility.
Age Verification: Alona DT applies strict age verification procedures. If there is any doubt about a player's age, the account will be suspended until age is formally verified with acceptable documentation. Winnings accumulated during any period of unverified age may be forfeited.
Each eligible player is permitted to hold one registered account on the Alona DT platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
When registering on Alona DT, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. You agree to keep this information current and to notify Alona DT promptly of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Alona DT login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Alona DT support immediately at support@alonadt.ws. Alona DT will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain adequate password security.
All Alona DT accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no foreign currency option and no conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. The PKR balance displayed in your account at all times represents your actual, real-money balance without deduction of any fees unless separately disclosed.
Alona DT accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
Deposits are credited to your Alona DT wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases, Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are reflected within thirty seconds. If a deposit is not credited within fifteen minutes, you should contact Alona DT support with your transaction reference number.
Alona DT does not charge any fees for deposits made via local Pakistani payment methods. Your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own charges; Alona DT has no control over and is not responsible for any such third-party fees.
You may only fund your Alona DT account from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using a payment account belonging to someone else is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Alona DT reserves the right to request documentary evidence that the funding source belongs to the registered account holder.
Please note: Alona DT does not accept cash deposits. All deposits must be made through the digital payment methods listed above. Any attempt to deposit through unofficial channels will not be processed and funds cannot be recovered.
You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance (excluding any locked bonus funds) at any time through the withdrawal section of your Alona DT account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, as a security measure to prevent misdirection of funds.
Alona DT is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. If your account has not yet completed KYC verification, your first withdrawal request will trigger the verification process. Funds will be held pending successful verification and released as soon as documents are reviewed and approved, usually within 24 hours.
Alona DT does not charge fees on standard withdrawals to Pakistani local payment methods. The full amount requested is sent to your designated account. Your payment provider may apply their own receipt fees; Alona DT is not responsible for these.
Alona DT offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. These include but are not limited to: welcome bonuses on first deposit, reload bonuses, free bets, odds boosts, cashback offers, Ludo tournament entry bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Bonus funds credited to your Alona DT account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (typically between 3× and 10× depending on the promotion) will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Wagering is calculated on real-money bets only — bets placed using bonus funds do not count toward wagering requirements unless specifically stated otherwise.
Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. Wagering requirements must also be completed within the same validity period.
Alona DT reserves the right to withhold bonus payments and cancel any associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a return from a bonus without genuine risk, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
Referral Programme: Rewards earned through the Alona DT Refer a Friend programme are subject to the referral programme terms, which require the referred player to register with a valid new account and complete qualifying deposits and play. Referral rewards are paid in PKR and are withdrawable without additional wagering requirements unless stated otherwise at time of campaign.
All sports bets placed on Alona DT are subject to the following general rules unless specific sport or market rules published on the platform state otherwise. In the event of any conflict between these general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.
A bet is only confirmed and binding once Alona DT has issued a bet confirmation reference number. Bets not confirmed by this reference are not accepted regardless of any balance deduction that may have temporarily appeared in your account. If a deduction occurs without a corresponding confirmation reference, contact support immediately.
Alona DT takes all reasonable steps to ensure that odds are accurate at the time of display. If a bet is placed at an obviously incorrect price caused by a system error, software glitch, or human keying error, Alona DT reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account. What constitutes an "obviously incorrect price" is determined by comparing the displayed odds against the market at the relevant time.
If a sporting event is abandoned before the result is determined — for example, a cricket match abandoned due to rain before enough overs have been bowled to constitute a result under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern — all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets will stand for the rescheduled fixture. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
In-play bets are accepted at the risk of the player. Alona DT makes no guarantee of continuous in-play market availability. Markets may be suspended at any time due to technical issues, significant events within the game, or at Alona DT's operational discretion. Any bets accepted and confirmed during a suspension or immediately before a known result are subject to void review.
All casino games and Ludo game modes available on the Alona DT platform use certified random number generators (RNG) that are independently audited for statistical fairness. No player, employee, or system can predict or influence the outcome of any individual game round or dice roll.
Casino games including slots, live dealer blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and other table games are governed by the rules displayed within each game. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the game provider and are accessible within the game information panels on Alona DT. The theoretical RTP represents long-run statistical expectation and does not guarantee any particular outcome in a session.
Real-money Ludo games on Alona DT are played between verified human players only. The platform's anti-bot and anti-collusion systems monitor game patterns in real time. Any player found to be using automated assistance, colluding with opponents to manipulate results, or deliberately disconnecting to gain a tactical advantage will have their account suspended and any winnings from affected games forfeited.
If a player disconnects during a casino game or Ludo session, the game will continue according to its standard rules. In Ludo, a 60-second reconnection window is provided before auto-play engages. Alona DT is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disconnection on the player's end. Players are advised to ensure a stable connection before entering real-money games.
Alona DT is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and if applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
Zero Tolerance: Alona DT maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any conduct that undermines the fairness of the platform. Decisions made by Alona DT in this regard are final. Suspended accounts will not be reinstated and forfeited funds will not be returned where prohibited conduct has been confirmed.
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a standard requirement for online financial platforms. Alona DT is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals and may request verification at any other time at its discretion.

Documents must be clear, unobstructed, unexpired, and show the same name and date of birth as registered on your Alona DT account. Blurred or cropped images will be rejected and re-submission will be required.
In addition to identity documents, Alona DT may request proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and confirmation that the payment method used belongs to the account holder. Alona DT aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving complete and legible documents. During peak periods, review may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals are held pending completion of verification and are released immediately upon approval.
Alona DT reserves the right to suspend or close a player account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; failure to pass identity verification; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; court or regulatory order requiring account restriction; or discovery of information that would have prevented account registration had it been known at the time.
Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting Alona DT support. Players who close their accounts due to problem gambling concerns are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available on the Responsible Gaming page, which provide additional safeguards against re-registration during the exclusion period.
Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within ten working days.

Alona DT does not sell player data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors is limited to what is strictly necessary to complete the relevant transaction. All personal data is stored with appropriate technical and organisational security measures in place.
All content on the Alona DT platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game designs, and layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of Alona DT or its licensed content providers. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Alona DT content without prior written permission.
The Alona DT name and logo are registered trademarks. Any unauthorised use of these marks — including in any social media context designed to impersonate the platform or mislead players — will be pursued as a legal matter.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alona DT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service caused by events outside Alona DT's reasonable control.
Alona DT's total liability to any player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits Alona DT's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Alona DT may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, platform features, or operational policy. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Where changes are material — meaning they could reasonably affect your rights or obligations — Alona DT will notify registered players via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
If you continue using the Alona DT platform after the effective date of any updated Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date.
